My husband just loves this part...we have a similar photo from when Nathan went off to "big school." Of course, I still remember us taking Nathan to Pre-K and he flipped out when we started to leave. I'll just say that it wasn't me holding up the 3 hour mini-vaca (ie going out to lunch/run errands etc. with one less kiddo) making sure he was okay;)

Yes, you can see through those blinds if you position yourself properly. Luckily, they weren't all the way closed.
